Looking for a board certified/board eligible psychiatrist to serve as principal investigator (PI) at our site. As Principal Investigator, you will be responsible for the overall conduct of the clinical trials. In this position you will work with various medical and regulatory Sponsor personnel to ensure the health and welfare of study participants. The average number of participants is between 30-50. This position is half-time (20 hours) with the option of having your own private practice out of our office. No overhead costs. The ideal schedule will consist of 3-4 days a week. Minimal travel will be required.


  • · Responsible for protecting the rights, safety and welfare of study participants. 
  • · Responsible for ensuring that the clinical trials are conducted according to the investigational plan and all applicable regulations and laws. 
  • · Provide medical and scientific feasibility of all new sponsor inquiries. 
  • · Review and evaluate protocols and provide clinical and scientific support. 
  • · Liaise with sponsor regarding study design and site capabilities. 
  • · Interact with regulatory bodies as relevant to clinical operations. 
  • · Attend study initiation meetings. 
  • · Be available for Sponsor visits. 
  • · Perform study physical examinations, review lab data, ECGs and other medical procedures
  • · Review and sign CRFs/eCRFs at the conclusion of the study
