Accounts Payable Assistant

Company Overview

Position Summary 

They have an immediate, URGENT need for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant who will be responsible for processing, tracking, and recording payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This is a temporary opportunity that will start ASAP and last for at least 4-6 weeks, with the potential to be extended based on business need and performance. You will be working in a beautiful, newly established office in the heart of the Galleria area!

Office hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday thru Friday.


Qualifications & Desired Skill Set  

  • Input invoice information into the accounting software system
  • Comparing PO, prices, terms of payments and other charges of invoices
  • Reconcile vendors statements
  • Verify the accuracy of data entered      
  • Research vendor calls and statements regarding past due invoices      
  • Process employees’ expenses
  • Make payments to vendors and employees.
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Minimum 2-years accounts payable experience
  • Strong Excel skills, including matching, pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • SAP ERP software experience preferred


Physical Requirements:   

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities

HR Generalist

Position Description

About Us 

Accessible HR is seeking a part-time HR Generalist. This person will mainly support the HR Director and have the opportunity to work on various tasks and projects. This position is a remote position with the need for an occasional office presence.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
  • Performing research
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Reports and analytics
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Provide support with various HR-related topics
  • Other responsibilities as requested


Qualifications & Desired Skill Set

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or another relevant related degree
  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Excel proficiency is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills, detail-oriented and well organized
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Cabinet Sales Representative - HomeMark Cabinets

Position Description 

Job Overview

HomeMark Cabinets is currently seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell and market HomeMark Cabinets to a new dealer base located in the Indiana/Ohio/Illinois/Michigan and Kentucky territories. Success in this position is earned by developing relationships with the dealer’s designers and helping the sell kitchen cabinets and supporting them when issues arise. This is a salaried plus commission position. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability showcase our products in a compelling way.


Objectives of this Role

  • Have a deep understanding of the cabinet industry
  • Meet annual sales goals through the successful implementation of HomeMark Cabinets programs and personal connection with dealers and designers. 
  • Generate leads and build relationships, planning, and organizing daily work schedules to call upon new/existing dealers and prospects. 
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis 
  • Focus on selling, identifying, and prospecting with builders, designers, and remodelers and bringing them to dealers to facilitate the sale. 


Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with dealers to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and follow up ability to dealers and designers. 
  • Posses’ in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct product and 2020 design software training as needed.
  • Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring. 


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience selling in the Cabinet Industry (preferred). 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organization skills. 
  • Proficiency with 2020 design software
