Accounts Payable Assistant

Company Overview

Position Summary 

They have an immediate, URGENT need for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant who will be responsible for processing, tracking, and recording payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This is a temporary opportunity that will start ASAP and last for at least 4-6 weeks, with the potential to be extended based on business need and performance. You will be working in a beautiful, newly established office in the heart of the Galleria area!

Office hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday thru Friday.


Qualifications & Desired Skill Set  

  • Input invoice information into the accounting software system
  • Comparing PO, prices, terms of payments and other charges of invoices
  • Reconcile vendors statements
  • Verify the accuracy of data entered      
  • Research vendor calls and statements regarding past due invoices      
  • Process employees’ expenses
  • Make payments to vendors and employees.
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Minimum 2-years accounts payable experience
  • Strong Excel skills, including matching, pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • SAP ERP software experience preferred


Physical Requirements:   

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities

Accessible HR is seeking a part-time HR Generalist. This person will mainly support the HR Director and have the opportunity to work on various tasks and projects. This position is a remote position with the need for an occasional office presence.

Marketing Concierge - Gorilla

Position Description 

Job Overview

The Marketing Concierge will consult, support, and coach the channel partners of Gorilla Corporation’s clients on best marketing practices to increase their profitability with the use of resources provided by the vendor. The Marketing Concierge is keen on the IT industry as well as channel and digital marketing standards to provide an expert level of support to channel partners. The Marketing Concierge needs to be willing to learn and understand different brands, industries, and various technologies to generate leads and create content in terms of digital, social, event, and direct marketing. This role will be responsible for bridging the gap between Gorilla Corporation’s vendors and resellers by identifying their needs and finding creative ways to meet those needs via building the right relationships. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, and outgoing as time will be spent on the phone building long-term relationships with established and future clients. This position is best for a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing and experience in digital and channel marketing regarding IT.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create a thorough analysis of the channel partner’s business and marketing efforts
  • Plan marketing activities for channel partners related to increasing lead generation
  • Monitor channel partner performance using various KPIs 
  • Act as a Consultant/Subject Matter Expert and make strong marketing plans to present to the channel partner 
  • Be able to present an analysis and status report on progress to vendor 
  • Leverage the marketing automation software and resources provided by vendor to customize content for channel partners 
  • Provide support for the platform to channel partners


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field 
  • Possess broad knowledge of the IT industry in terms of marketing/sales as well as a brief technical understanding
  • Strong understanding of lead generation best practices
  • Excellent digital marketing, social media marketing, direct and inbound marketing skills

Experience

  • Experience in the marketing field

Cabinet Sales Representative - HomeMark Cabinets

Position Description 

Job Overview

HomeMark Cabinets is currently seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell and market HomeMark Cabinets to a new dealer base located in the Indiana/Ohio/Illinois/Michigan and Kentucky territories. Success in this position is earned by developing relationships with the dealer’s designers and helping the sell kitchen cabinets and supporting them when issues arise. This is a salaried plus commission position. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability showcase our products in a compelling way.


Objectives of this Role

  • Have a deep understanding of the cabinet industry
  • Meet annual sales goals through the successful implementation of HomeMark Cabinets programs and personal connection with dealers and designers. 
  • Generate leads and build relationships, planning, and organizing daily work schedules to call upon new/existing dealers and prospects. 
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis 
  • Focus on selling, identifying, and prospecting with builders, designers, and remodelers and bringing them to dealers to facilitate the sale. 


Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with dealers to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and follow up ability to dealers and designers. 
  • Posses’ in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct product and 2020 design software training as needed.
  • Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring. 


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience selling in the Cabinet Industry (preferred). 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organization skills. 
  • Proficiency with 2020 design software
