Meet Our Team

   Laura Carpenter is a Human Resources Assistant. She earned her education in Applied Arts at the Liceo Artistico Fausto Melotti in Italy. Laura brings over 26 years of experience as a successful Graphic Artist and Digitizer where she provided internal customer service, conducted business requisitions, and provided project management for clients. She assists in day-to-day office tasks including, but not limited to, recruiting, onboarding, client documentation, and various other tasks. Laura is organized, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined with a strong work ethic and a high desire to meet our clients’ needs.

   Kristi Lepage is an HR & Recruiting professional.  She began her HR career in the travel/hospitality industry in 2000 and has since held positions of increasing responsibility focusing on strategic HR leadership and talent management.  She has supported teams and led recruiting efforts for various industries throughout the US & Canada.  Kristi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Government from Averett University and also holds senior-level certifications from the Society for HR Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). 

Susan Rogers holds a position of Accountant with AHR.  She graduated with a degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University. Susan has over 20 years accounting and bookkeeping experience in various industries and is proficient in QuickBooks, SAP among other programs. She is a problem solver with attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Susan is responsible for payroll, taxes, bookkeeping and other accounting duties and support to our clients.

   Katie McMullin is a Human Resource Assistant. She holds an Associate Degree in Fine Arts from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Montclair State University and a Post Bachelor Accounting Certification from Post University. Katie has a diverse employment background. She has worked as a restaurant manager, an emergency medical technician, worked several years in customer service and most recently spent three years as a high school math teacher. Her employment background gives her an understanding of various business fields and their needs. Katie is passionate about helping people and organizations achieve their goals and potential. 

Sandra Pucci West holds a position of Bookkeeper with AHR. She embarked on her professional journey after graduating from the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale G.D. Romagnosi in Italy with a degree in Business and Commerce. Sandy’s career spans over 24 years with companies of all sizes and in various industries. She has provided exceptional support not only to valued clients but also to her team members, making her an indispensable asset to her organization. 

Sally Bou Habib holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She brings 7 years of diverse HR experience spanning recruitment, timekeeping, training and development, policy and procedure, payroll, and more. Her passion for the HR field stems from a genuine love for engaging with people and providing assistance wherever possible. Beyond the professional realm, Sally is a nature enthusiast and loves cooking.  

Jill graduated from Texas A&M with a BBA in Management and an International Business Certification. She is a seasoned HR and Talent Acquisition professional passionate about fostering productive and welcoming work environments. Jill has extensive experience both nationally and globally, supporting HR and recruitment initiatives across various industries. Her expertise includes writing and implementing policies, processes, and procedures; creating and leading employee development training; ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations; designing and implementing recruitment strategies; managing payroll and benefits; and handling employee relations and maintaining employee records. Jill is committed to treating everyone with the same respect and consideration she expects for herself. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking meals from scratch, working out, reading, attending rugby and volleyball games, and volunteering with local philanthropies.
